Excursions were mind blowing, especially the ATV/Zip-lining/Cave Snorkeling. I want to shout out Marcos for hooking us up with the private shuttle and our drivers. The RIU Las Americas staff- this is my 5th time in Cancun and my experience at this hotel has been nothing short of extraordinary. The restaurants were great, the staff is very professional and will treat you with care. The bartenders at every single section were awesome and I recommend all of them for a raise! “Fun vacation in Cancun! We just got back from a short vacation to Cancun and can not wait to go back! This was our first time visiting Cancun with my family and my 3 year old daughter, and I can honestly said this was one of the best vacations ever!! The hotel Fiesta Americana Condesa was beautiful, clean and the staff there was very friendly and professional! For our trips/adventures in Cancun we used Expedia services. Expedia has a small office located right next to the hotel lobby. Gerardo Ortiz was extraordinarily helpful, and was able to assist us arranging our trip to Chichén Itzá, Xacaret and cenotes. “My hotel reservation was changed due to AA cancelling our original flight. As a result my hotel reservation was impacted. Although not at fault, the Expedia representative Gerardo Ortiz, took responsibility for our well being, safety and assurance that we’d have a place to stay on the last night of the trip as the original reservation was not changed accordingly. During our stay at the Riu Caribe Gerardo took it upon himself to make sure we were enjoying our time - helped us book daily activities allowing for time off to take care of the COVID19 test requirement. During one of the daily activities transportation was late in arriving. Gerardo went above and beyond by offering to take us in his vehicle to the activity just so that we would make it on time. Other days when we were out at activities he kept in touch making sure we were doing good, offering assistance with anything we needed. Our biggest worry was that the resort and other hotels in the same chain had no availability on our last night I started to look for other resorts in the hotel strip only to find out everything was completely booked. COVID19 restrictions had limited the number of rooms available throughout. I was truly worried about where we’d spend the last night. My teenage granddaughter was also concerned especially after spending hours on the phone with American Airlines to try to remedy the situation. Gerardo was a guardian Angel and was kind enough to take it upon himself even on his day off to find us a hotel for the last night. He made sure it was in a good and safe area of town given it was just me and my granddaughter traveling. I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel room he found as it was a fairly new hotel, inexpensive and perfect for the night. What could have been a horrible trip turned out to be great all thanks for Gerardo’s attention and care for us. We felt safe, at ease knowing there was someone there (in a foreign country) looking out for us. Thank you Gerardo for your genuine concern and support. You saved our birthday trip!!”

“Fun vacation in Cancun! We just got back from a short vacation to Cancun and can not wait to go back! This was our first time visiting Cancun with my family and my 3 year old daughter, and I can honestly said this was one of the best vacations ever!! The hotel Fiesta Americana Condesa was beautiful, clean and the staff there was very friendly and professional! For our trips/adventures in Cancun we used Expedia services. Expedia has a small office located right next to the hotel lobby. Gerardo Ortiz was extraordinarily helpful, and was able to assist us arranging our trip to Chichén Itzá, Xacaret and cenotes. “Great Trip While we enjoyed our stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun our stay wouldn’t have been as great if it wasn’t for the help of the Expedia team based at this hotel, particularly Gerardo Ortiz . We arrived with lots of activities in mind but no clear itinerary and he helped us plan it all and gave us great advise on which activities he recommended. “My hotel reservation was changed due to AA cancelling our original flight. As a result my hotel reservation was impacted. Although not at fault, the Expedia representative Gerardo Ortiz, took responsibility for our well being, safety and assurance that we’d have a place to stay on the last night of the trip as the original reservation was not changed accordingly. During our stay at the Riu Caribe Gerardo took it upon himself to make sure we were enjoying our time - helped us book daily activities allowing for time off to take care of the COVID19 test requirement. During one of the daily activities transportation was late in arriving. Gerardo went above and beyond by offering to take us in his vehicle to the activity just so that we would make it on time. Other days when we were out at activities he kept in touch making sure we were doing good, offering assistance with anything we needed. Our biggest worry was that the resort and other hotels in the same chain had no availability on our last night I started to look for other resorts in the hotel strip only to find out everything was completely booked. COVID19 restrictions had limited the number of rooms available throughout. I was truly worried about where we’d spend the last night. My teenage granddaughter was also concerned especially after spending hours on the phone with American Airlines to try to remedy the situation. Gerardo was a guardian Angel and was kind enough to take it upon himself even on his day off to find us a hotel for the last night. He made sure it was in a good and safe area of town given it was just me and my granddaughter traveling. I was pleasantly surprised at the hotel room he found as it was a fairly new hotel, inexpensive and perfect for the night. What could have been a horrible trip turned out to be great all thanks for Gerardo’s attention and care for us. We felt safe, at ease knowing there was someone there (in a foreign country) looking out for us. Thank you Gerardo for your genuine concern and support. You saved our birthday trip!!”
